Delhi's Shamim Khan fired a top-class six-under-66 to throw his hat in the ring in round three of the IndianOil Servo Masters Golf 2014. Shamim's three-day total of 12-under-204 placed him in the joint lead along with Kolkata's Shankar Das who shot a two-under-70 on Friday at the Digboi Golf Links. Anirban Lahiri earns European Tour card for 2015
Anirban Lahiri continued his dream run in 2014 by earning a European Tour card for the first time in his career after finishing inside the top-25 at the European Tour Q-School Final Stage in Girona, Spain. Lahiri (65-68-66-73-75-72) carded an even-par-72 in the sixth and final round of the event on Thursday to claim tied 16th place at nine-under-419.

Himmat Rai carded a four-under-68 in round one of the Asian Tour's Resorts World Manila Masters to be the highest-placed Indian in tied 10th position. He was three behind the co-leaders Mardan Mamat of Singapore and Japanese Daisuke Kataoka.
