    Inaugural TAKE Open Golf Championship to begin from October 19th

    The inaugural TAKE Open Golf Championship, a new PGTI event, will kick-start at the Karnataka Golf Association in Bengaluru from October 19th - 22nd. The first edition of the TAKE Open will offer a total prize purse of Rs. 1 crore and will be the third biggest tournament on the PGTI in terms of prize money, after the McLeod Russel which carries Rs.1.5 crore of prize money and the Louis Philippe Cup (Rs. 1.2 crore).

    Rookie Aman Raj makes a statement with a sparkling 65 in round one

    Rookie Aman Raj of Patna made a statement on the opening day of the PGTI Players Championship at the Classic Golf & Country Club with a sparkling seven-under-65 that gave him the first round lead.   

    The Chandigarh duo of Abhijit Singh Chadha and Sujjan Singh were one off the lead, thanks to equally impressive scores of 66.
