Rahil Gangjee misses out on a European Tour card after a final round of 74 at Q School, finishes tied 37th
The top 30 finishers make the grade
Rahil Gangjee missed out on a European Tour card after he returned a two-over-74 in the sixth and final round of the European Tour's Qualifying School in Spain on Thursday.
Gangjee thus dropped 15 places to end the week in tied 37th at three-under-425 at the PGA Catalunya Resort.
The top 30 finishers at the end of the sixth and final round earned full playing rights on the European Tour.
Rahil shot scores of 68, 69, 73, 71, 70 and 74 to miss the qualifying mark by two shots.
The 38-year-old Gangjee, a former Asian Tour winner, could only manage two birdies against four bogeys in the sixth and final round.
