  Chandigarh’s Yuvraj Sandhu continued his love affair with Tollygunge Club as he triumphed by two shots at the INR 1 crore TATA Steel PGTI Players Championship 2025 presented by The Tollygunge Club Ltd, the PGTI season-opener.

  Yuvraj (63-61-68-68), who was in the lead in all three previous rounds, shot a final round score of two-under 68 to emerge wire-to-wire champion with a total score of 20-under 260. The 27-year-old Sandhu thus bagged his second title at Tollygunge Club where he had previously won in 2022.

  Chandigarh’s Yuvraj Sandhu stormed into the sole lead courtesy a tournament low of nine-under 61 in round two of the INR 1 crore TATA Steel PGTI Players Championship 2025 presented by The Tollygunge Club Ltd, the opening event of the 2025 PGTI season.

  The 27-year-old Yuvraj Sandhu (63-61), a winner of nine titles including one on the international stage, followed up his top-notch 63 in round one with a sensational 61 on Wednesday to move into a commanding three-shot lead at 16-under 124.

  PGTI begins 2025 season with TATA Steel PGTI Players Championship 2025 presented by Tollygunge Club

  The TATA Steel PGTI Players Championship 2025 presented by Tollygunge Club will be played at the Tollygunge Club in Kolkata from February 11 – 14, 2025. The tournament offering a prize purse of INR 1 crore marks the beginning of the 2025 TATA Steel PGTI season. The Pro-Am event will be played on February 15.

  The tournament will see participation of 124 players including 121 professionals and three amateurs.
