  Delhi’s Sachin Baisoya played a flawless final round of five-under 67 to outclass his nearest rivals and take home the trophy at the INR 1.5 crore Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational 2023 presented by TAKE Sports played at the Chandigarh Golf Club.

  Sachin Baisoya (66-68-71-67), lying overnight second and three off the lead, produced three birdies and an eagle in round four to end up with a tournament total of 16-under 272.

  Bangladeshi Jamal Hossain continued at the top of the pack for the third day running as he extended his lead to three shots despite a late wobble in round three of the INR 1.5 crore Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational 2023 presented by TAKE Sports being played at the Chandigarh Golf Club.

  Jamal (65-68-69), who enjoyed a one-shot overnight lead, submitted a card of three-under 69 on Saturday to take his total to 14-under 202.

  Jamal Hossain of Bangladesh didn’t have the best of days but still managed to hold on to his overnight lead with a resolute four-under 68 in round two of the INR 1.5 crore Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational 2023 presented by TAKE Sports being played at the Chandigarh Golf Club.

  The 38-year-old Dhaka resident Jamal (65-68), a winner earlier this year and currently placed sixth on the TATA Steel PGTI Ranking, totaled 11-under 133 for 36 holes to enjoy a one-shot lead over Delhi’s Sachin Baisoya (66-68), who too held on to his overnight second position after a round of 68.

  Jamal Hossain’s brilliant 65 gives him opening round lead at Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational 2023 presented by TAKE Sports

  Tournament Host Jeev Milkha Singh begins with a steady 72

  Bangladesh golfer Jamal Hossain’s brilliant opening round of seven-under 65 at one of his favourite venues gave him the early lead at the INR 1.5 crore Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational 2023 presented by TAKE Sports being played at the Chandigarh Golf Club.

  Delhi’s Sachin Baisoya, who like leader Jamal has also won an event this season, struck a flawless 66 to be placed second.

  Angad Cheema of Chandigarh was the highest-placed among the local professionals as he carded an error-free 67 to be placed third.

  TAKE Sports and the TATA Steel Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) will be staging the sixth edition of the Jeev Milkha Singh Invitational presented by TAKE at the esteemed Chandigarh Golf Club from November 2 – 5, 2023. The main event will be preceded by the Pro-Am event on November 1.
