Chowrasia, Randhawa in top-20 at Ballantines Championship
The Indian duo of SSP Chowrasia and Jyoti Randhawa posted top-20 finishes at the European Tour and Asian Tour co-sanctioned Ballantine s Championship staged at the Blackstone Golf Club in Icheon, South Korea.
SSP Chowrasia (71-70-73-68) totalled six-under-282 for the week to finish tied 11th. His final round of four-under-68 featured five birdies and a bogey.
Australian Brett Rumford beat compatriot Marcus Fraser and Scotsman Peter Whiteford in a playoff to win the title after the three players ended the regulation 72 holes with matching totals of 11-under-277.
Jyoti Randhawa (72-69-72-70) ended up with a total score of five-under-283 to secure tied 17th position.
Shiv Kapur claimed tied 31st place with a two-under-286 total.
