Dinesh Raghuvanshi finishes on top in Pre Qualifying I, thirty-five players qualify for Final Stage
Pune’s Dinesh Raghuvanshi (68-71) finished on top of the leaderboard at the end of round two of the PGTI’s Pre Qualifying I for the 2015 season being held at Eagleton - The Golf Resort near Bangalore. Raghuvanshi followed up his first round effort of 68 with a one-under-71 in round two to end up with a two-day total of five-under-139.
A total of 35 players qualified from Pre Qualifying I for the Final Qualifying Stage as three players were tied in 33rd position when the cut was declared at seven-over-151.
Dinesh Raghuvanshi, the overnight joint leader, came up with five birdies, two bogeys and a double-bogey in his second round on Wednesday.
Abdul Raheem KH (70-72) of the Eagleton Golf Resort, Bangalore, and joint overnight leader Bikramjit Singh Sandhu (68-74) of Delhi shared second position at two-under-142.
Mysore’s P Prabhu (70-73) was fourth at one-under-143.
