Anirban Lahiri finishes tied eighth at Wyndham Championship; Retains card on PGA Tour and advances to FedExCup Playoffs

Anirban Lahiri posted a last round of two-under 68 to finish tied eighth at 11-under 269 at the Wyndham Championship on Sunday.

Lahiri (66-67-68-68), who made five birdies and three bogeys during his final round, thus secured his third top-10 finish of the season which also helped him move up nine spots to 66th place in the PGA Tour's FedExCup Standings.

The tournament was won by 20-year-old Korean Joohyung Kim who totaled 20-under 260 for the week.

Lahiri has now moved up seven spots to 91st place in the world ranking.

Anirban, having finished inside the top-125 in the FedExCup Standings, has now retained his PGA Tour card for the 2022-23 season and has also advanced to the FedExCup Playoffs which begin with the FedEx St. Jude Championship on August 11.
