Digraj Singh Gill holds first round lead in Pre Qualifying II

Ludhiana’s Digraj Singh Gill shot a four-under-68 to hold the first round lead at the PGTI’s Pre Qualifying II for the 2018 season being held at the Kensville Golf & Country Club near Ahmedabad.
 
Gill sank six birdies at the cost of two bogeys in the opening round to enjoy a one-shot lead.

The two golfers in tied second at three-under-69 were Nagpur’s Moinuddin Malak and South African Quintin Garett Crause.

The top 23 players (+ ties) will qualify from Pre Qualifying II, a 36-hole event, for the Final Qualifying Stage.
