Md Siddikur Rahman secures tied third at Mercuries Taiwan Masters

Gangjee finishes tied 27th

PGTI member Md Siddikur Rahman (72-71-71-77) of Bangladesh posted a total score of three-over-291 to secure tied third place at the Mercuries Taiwan Masters. Siddikur finished six strokes behind the winner Scott Hend of Australia.

Siddikur, a winner on the Asian Tour, made seven bogeys against two birdies in his final round of 77. This was 28-year-old Rahman’s second top-3 finish of the 2013 Asian Tour season and places him ninth on the Order of Merit.

Rahil Gangjee (73-74-75-78) had the best finish among the Indians as he bagged tied 27th place at 12-over-300.

Shiv Kapur (73-76-80-78) finished in 49th position at 19-over-307.
