Jeev slips to tied 27th at halfway stage

Jeev Milkha Singh slipped from overnight tied eighth to tied 27th at the European Tour's Made In Denmark event as a result of his second round of one-over-72.

Jeev, who had struck a brilliant five-under-66 in the opening round, totaled four-under-138 at the halfway stage and was nine shots off the lead.

Singh had a sedate second round. He made 17 pars and a solitary bogey.

SSP Chawrasia (three-over-145) and Shiv Kapur (eight-over-150), the other two Indians in the field, missed the cut.
