Chikkarangappa is best placed Indian in tied eighth on day two

Chikkarangappa fired a second successive two-under-68 to be the best placed Indian after round two of the King's Cup. He was placed tied eighth at four-under-136, three shots off the lead.

Gaganjeet Bhullar (65-72), who was in joint second after round one, slipped to tied 18th after a 72 in round two. His total stood at three-under-137.

Jeev Milkha Singh produced a second round 67 to lie a further shot back in tied 28th.

SSP Chawrasia, Chiragh Kumar and Shiv Kapur were all in tied 36th position at one-under-139.

Shubhankar Sharma was tied 62nd at one-over-141.
