Lahiri opens with a three-over-73 at PGA Championship

Anirban Lahiri opened his campaign at the PGA Championship, the year's last Major, with a three-over-73, to be placed tied 107th.

Lahiri, playing his 10th consecutive Major, an Indian record, made three bogeys and a double bogey in his round against just two birdies.

Anirban will be looking to find form this week as he also heads to the Rio Olympics in two weeks time.

Interestingly, Lahiri had secured tied fifth place at last year's PGA Championship thus setting the record for the best performance by an Indian at a Major.
