Gangjee tied 20th after round two of Queen's Cup

The Indian duo of Anirban Lahiri (73-78) and Jeev Milkha Singh (76-79) will in all likelihood miss the cut at the U.S. Open 2016.

Lahiri shot an eight-over-78 in round two to take his total to 11-over-151. He was placed tied 132nd at the close of play on day two.

Jeev's second round nine-over-79 moved his total to 15-over-155. He ended the day in tied 148th place.

The weather delays on Thursday meant that the second round could not be completed on Friday and now has been pushed to Saturday.

Elsewhere, at the Asian Tour's Queens' Cup in Thailand, which has also suffered weather delays, Rahil Gangjee was the highest-placed Indian at tied 20th after round two. Gangjee totaled two-under-140 to be placed five shots off the lead.

Himmat Rai and Chikkarangappa, both occupied tied 28th place with totals of one-under-141.

SSP Chawrasia (tied 45th at one-over-143) and Chiragh Kumar (tied 62nd at three-over-145) were the other two Indians to make the cut.
