Chawrasia tied sixth after round three in Manila

SSP Chawrasia (70-70-67) signed a card of five-under-67 to jump up 19 places from tied 25th to tied sixth in round three of the Asian Tour's US$1 million Resorts World Manila Masters.

Chawrasia's bogey-free 67 helped him end the day with a total of nine-under-207. SSP was five strokes off the lead. 

Rahil Gangjee slipped two places to tied 12th at eight-under-208 after his third round of 70.

Chikkarangappa was tied 44th at three-under-213 while Shubhankar Sharma was a further shot back in tied 50th.

Jyoti Randhawa lies tied 58th at even-par-216, Shiv Kapur is tied 63rd at two-over-218 and Chiragh Kumar is tied 65th at three-over-219.

Elsewhere, at the European Tour's DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, Anirban Lahiri submitted a card of even-par-72 in round three to drop from overnight tied 23rd to tied 35th at four-under-212.
