Himmat Rai finishes tied 15th at Aboitiz Invitational on the Asian Development Tour

Anirban Lahiri continues in tied 72nd in round two of WGC - Bridgestone Invitational

Himmat Singh Rai of India bagged tied 15th place at the Asian Development Tour's Aboitiz Invitational in Manila after finishing with a total of eight-under-276. Rai, the lone Indian in the field, shot scores of 69, 67, 69 and 71, to end up 12 shots behind the eventual champion Juvic Pagunsan of The Philippines.

Himmat's final round featured three birdies and three bogeys. He dropped seven places on the final day from his overnight tied eighth.

Elsewhere at the WGC - Bridgestone Invitational in Akron, Ohio, India's Anirban Lahiri (77-72) continued in tied 72nd place after his second round of two-over-72. He made two birdies against four bogeys in round two to take his total to nine-over-149. Lahiri trailed the leader, American Jim Furyk, by 17 strokes at the halfway stage.
