Anirban Lahiri and Rashid Khan in tied 21st on day one of European Masters

Anirban Lahiri, fresh from his top-30 finish at The Open last week, continued his rich vein of form with a three-under-67 in the opening round of the European Masters in Switzerland. Rashid Khan, who also shot a 67, joined Lahiri in tied 21st, four behind the leader Gregory Havret of France.

Anirban and Rashid both produced five birdies and two bogeys in their respective rounds.

Jyoti Randhawa, Rahil Gangjee and Shiv Kapur were in joint 39th with matching scores of two-under-68.

SSP Chawrasia was tied 70th at even-par-70 while Jeev Milkha Singh was tied 112th at two-over-72.

Gaganjeet Bhullar (73) and Digvijay Singh (76) were tied 122nd and tied 149th respectively.
