Anirban Lahiri finishes tied 71st at WGC - Cadillac Championship
Anirban Lahiri (80-76-74-77) ended tied 71st at the WGC - Cadillac Championship at 19-over-307. Lahiri fired a five-over-77 in the final round that featured four birdies, four bogeys, a double-bogey and a triple-bogey.
American Dustin Johnson won the tournament with a score of nine-under-279.
Anirban Lahiri, who was lying 70th after round three, had a rollercoaster front-nine with four birdies, a bogey, a double-bogey and a triple-bogey. He sank birdie putts from 30 to 45 feet on the fourth and seventh but at the same time found the water on the third and ninth that led to a double-bogey and a triple-bogey respectively.
Anirban landed it in the water for the third time in round four on the 10th for another bogey. He dropped two more strokes thereafter to end up with a 77 for the final day.
