Anirban Lahiri finishes tied 50th in Abu Dhabi

Anirban Lahiri finished tied 50th at the European Tour's Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship. Lahiri totaled six-under-282 for the week. Jeev Milkha Singh finished tied 63rd at three-under-285. German Martin Kaymer continued in the lead with a total of 13-under-131. Frenchman Gary Stal won the event with a 19-under-269 total.

Meanwhile, at the Asian Tour Qualifying School First Stage Section B at Springfield Royal Country Club in Hua Hin, Thailand, Indians Feroz Singh Garewal (nine-over-293) and Honey Baisoya (16-over-300) missed out on qualifying for the Final Stage as they finished tied 47th and tied 74th respectively.

The top 35 players qualified for the Final Stage at the end of round four as five players were tied in 31st place.
