Shubhankar Sharma finishes tied sixth at PGM Northport Glenmarie Championship

Shubhankar Sharma finished tied sixth at the Asian Development Tour's PGM Northport Glenmarie Championship. Shubhankar fired scores of 69, 60, 69 and 71 to end up with a total of nine-under-279. The 17-year-old Shubhankar, who recently became the youngest winner on the PGTI, made five birdies against four bogeys in his final round of 71.

Danny Chia of Malaysia won the tournament after defeating Thailand's Sattaya Supupramai in a playoff at the Glenmarie Golf and Country Club. Chia and Supupramai headed into the playoff after ending the regulation 72 holes with matching totals of 13-under-275.
