Gaganjeet Bhullar shot a five-under-67 to be tied eighth in round 1 of the Trophee Hassan II
India's Gaganjeet Bhullar was off to a flying start at the Trophee Hassan II in Morocco with a five-under-67 in the first round. Bhullar ended day one in tied eighth place, five strokes behind the leader Alejandro Canizares of Spain.
Bhullar fired eight birdies against a bogey and a double-bogey in round one.
Shiv Kapur carded a two-under-70 to be placed tied 26th.
