Gaganjeet lies tied 46th after day three at Joburg Open

Top-10 finish would seal British Open berth

Gaganjeet Bhullar (71-67-71) closed round three of the Joburg Open in tied 46th place after shooting a one-under-71. Bhullar, who had shot a solid 67 in round two, totaled six-under-209 for three days. He trails the joint leaders South Africans Justin Walters and Thomas Aiken by eleven strokes.

Gaganjeet made three birdies and two bogeys during his third round.

A top-10 finish for the Indian at the Joburg Open would help him secure a berth at the 2014 British Open which is scheduled to be held at Royal Liverpool from July 17 to 20.
