Shiv Kapur in tied 18th at halfway stage of Saudi International

Shiv Kapur (65-72) was in tied 18th place at three-under 137 after round two of the Asian Tour's Saudi International being played at the Royal Greens Golf & Country Club.

Kapur made two birdies and four bogeys during his round of 72 on Friday.

The lead was jointly held by American Harold Varner III and Spaniard Adri Arnaus at 10-under 130.

Shubhankar Sharma (67-71) was tied 21st at two-under 138 following his second round of 71.

The two other Indians to make the cut (four-over 144) were Rashid Khan (tied 45th at one-over 141) and Viraj Madappa (tied 60th at three-over 143).
