Shubhankar climbs to tied 19th at Cazoo Classic; Anirban moves up to tied 28th at Wyndham Championship

Shubhankar Sharma (70-71-68) struck a four-under 68 to climb 15 spots to tied 19th after round three of the Cazoo Classic on the European Tour.

Sharma's total score read seven-under 209 after the penultimate round. The Indian's round featured seven birdies, a bogey and a double-bogey.

Shubhankar is staring at a solid finish for the second week in succession following his tied 16th at last week's Hero Open.

The lead at the Cazoo Classic was held by Denmark's Rasmus Hojgaard at 14-under 202.

Elsewhere, at the Wyndham Championship on the PGA Tour, Anirban Lahiri (67-69-67) shot a three-under 67 to move up 13 spots to tied 28th after round three.

Lahiri's three-day tally stood at seven-under 203.

American Russell Henley was the leader at the Wyndham Championship with a total of 15-under 195.  

Anirban, currently 118 in the FedExCup standings, is all but certain to retain his PGA Tour card for next season being placed inside the top-125 at the end of this week's event. He will be playing The Northern Trust Open next week which will be the first of the FedExCup Playoff events.
