Kapur and Lahiri claim tied 12th place in Hong Kong
Indians Shiv Kapur (69-66-66-73) and Anirban Lahiri (68-70-67-69) finished tied 12th with identical scores of six-under-274 at the $ 1.3 million Hong Kong Open, an event jointly sanctioned by the European and Asian Tours.
Spaniard Miguel Angel Jimenez defeated Prom Meesawat and Welshman Stuart Manley in a playoff to win the title. The three players had earlier ended the regulation 72 holes with matching totals of 12-under-268.
Shiv Kapur, who was lying tied second at nine-under after round three, fired a three-over-73 in the final round to claim tied 12th position. Anirban Lahiri, on the other hand, shot a one-under-69 on Sunday to also secure joint 12th place.
Jyoti Randhawa finished tied 30th at three-under-277.
