Shubhankar Sharma finishes tied 68th at Final Stage of European Tour Qualifying School
Misses the qualification mark
India's Shubhankar Sharma returned a one-over-72 in the sixth and final round of the European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage in Spain to finish tied 68th at two-under-426. He thus missed the qualification mark by 11 shots.
Sharma (75-73-68-67-71-72), lying overnight tied 65th, made an eagle, three birdies, four bogeys and a double bogey at the Lumine Golf Club in Tarragona, Spain on Thursday.
The top-25 players and ties earned their European Tour cards for the 2018 season.
