India's Shubhankar Sharma shot a timely error-free five-under-67 in round four of the European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage in Spain to make the 72-hole cut at the event.

Sharma (75-73-68-67) totaled three-under-283 to finish inside the four-day cut of two-under-284. He was in tied 59th as a total of 74 golfers made it to the last two rounds.

The event is being played at two courses, the Hills Course (Par 72) and the Lakes Course (Par 71), at the Lumine Golf Club in Tarragona, Spain. All players played alternately at the two courses in the first four rounds. The ones making the 72-hole cut will continue to do so in the last two rounds.

Shubhankar, who played at the Hills Course on Tuesday, needs to finish inside the top-25 at the end of six rounds to earn his card on the European Tour.

Interestingly, Shubhankar is currently placed 26th on the Asian Tour Order of Merit and has already retained his card for the 2018 Asian Tour season. He has so far posted three top-10s in the current Asian Tour season.
