Udayan Mane best placed Indian at tied 13th after Round 2 of Indonesia Open

Udayan Mane was the highest placed Indian after round two of the Asian Tour's Indonesia Open. Mane, who shot scores of 69 and 70, was placed tied 13th at five-under-139 ahead of the weekend rounds.

Mane, lying overnight tied 12th, dropped one place, after a round that featured five birdies, a bogey and a double-bogey.

The lead was held by Thailand's Panuphol Pittayarat at 11-under-133.

Gaganjeet Bhullar (67-73), who was tied second at the end of round one, slipped to tied 19th in round two after a score of 73 moved his total to four-under-140.

Khalin Joshi (71-69) also took a share of 19th place.

On Friday, play was suspended for an hour due to lightning threats. Finally play was abandoned for the day due to fading light. A total 14 players who couldn't complete round two on Friday, will resume their round at 6.30 am on Saturday. 

Himmat Rai, one of the players with an incomplete round, was three-under through 15 holes when play was abandoned for the day.

Ajeetesh Sandhu and Arjun Prasad were both in tied 44th at one-under-143.

Honey Baisoya was tied 54th at even-par-144.

Elsewhere, at the WGC-HSBC Champions being played in Shanghai, SSP Chawrasia (72-70) moved up 19 places from tied 48th to tied 29th after a second round of two-under-70. His total read two-under-142.

World No. 1 Dustin Johnson of the United States held the lead at 13-under-131.
