Shiv Kapur finishes in top-20 in Switzerland
India's Shiv Kapur clinched a creditable tied 20th finish at the European Masters in Switzerland on Sunday.
Kapur, who shot scores of 69, 70, 65 and 70, ended up with a tournament total of six-under-274 at the event co-sanctioned by the European Tour and Asian Tour.
The tournament was won by Englishman Matthew Fitzpatrick who defeated Australian Scott Hend in a playoff. The two players had earlier ended the regulation 72 holes with identical scores of 14-under-266.
Shiv, who ended an 11-year victory drought on the Asian Tour earlier this year, recorded his second top-20 of the current European Tour season on Sunday.
His best finish of the 2017 European Tour season so far has been tied 12th at the Maybank Championship in Malaysia.
