Ajeetesh Sandhu lies tied 46th after second round of Japan Golf Tour's Final Stage Qualifying
India's Ajeetesh Sandhu shot scores of 69 and 71 in the fourth and final stage of the Japan Golf Tour's Qualifying School to lie tied 46th at four-under-140.
The cut will be applied after four rounds with the top 90 out of the total 197 players making it to the last two rounds. Finally, the top 35 will earn the full card at the end of six rounds.
Sandhu's first two rounds have put him in a good position to make the cut after four rounds at the Cocopa Resort Club near the city of Nagoya.
The 28-year-old Ajeetesh had advanced to the last stage after finishing 22nd in one of the events of the third qualifying stage which was played at the par-72 Horai Country Club in Tochigi, Japan from November 8 to 11.
