Second edition of Delhi – NCR Open Golf Championship to get underway on April 16

• Field to feature leading names such as Khalin Joshi, Chikkarangappa, Rashid Khan, Viraj Madappa, Udayan Mane, Honey Baisoya

The TATA Steel Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) will be staging the second edition of the Delhi - NCR Open Golf Championship at the Noida Golf Course from April 16 – 19, 2019. The tournament which is the seventh event of the TATA Steel PGTI's 2019 season, carries a prize purse of Rs. 30 lakh.

The tournament will feature some of India's leading professionals such as Khalin Joshi, Chikkarangappa, Rashid Khan, Viraj Madappa, Udayan Mane and defending champion Honey Baisoya, as well as Sri Lankan Mithun Perera and Bangladesh's Md Zamal Hossain Mollah.

The host city of Noida will be represented by professionals Amardip Malik, Gaurav Pratap Singh, Vikrant Chopra, Arjun Singh Chaudhri, Dipankar Kaushal and Raju Singh.

Mr. Uttam Singh Mundy, CEO, PGTI, said, “We are delighted to announce the return of the Delhi – NCR Open on the TATA Steel PGTI calendar. An exciting week of golfing action is in the offing as the tournament is set to feature some of India's leading names. The introduction of Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) points on the PGTI this year has contributed to raising the level of competition on the tour.
