Lahiri finishes tied 28th at Wyndham Championship

India’s Anirban Lahiri closed with a two-over-72 to sign off his campaign at the Wyndham Championship in tied 28thplace on Sunday.

The 2014 Asian Tour Order of Merit champion, who was seeking his breakthrough on the PGA Tour, overcame an opening bogey on the first hole with a birdie on the fifth hole for an outward 35.

However, he struggled to keep up the pace in his back-nine where he marked his card with three bogeys and a birdie before signing for a 72 and a four-day total of nine-under-271.
